The Wish Realm[1] is a world featured on Once Upon a Time.
The Wish Realm is based on various locations from the Disney films Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, {N/A}, {N/A}, and {N/A}. It is also a direct replica of Misthaven in Fairy Tale Land.

History
Before First Curse
When Snow White and Prince Charming takes away her magic and defeats her, the Evil Queen is forced to seek help from Hook. As she approaches him at a port, she witnesses Hook prepping his crew to get ready for the casting of the Dark Curse. She tells Hook that the curse will not happen due to being powerless. Instead, she seeks his help to take her to another realm to escape Snow White, who have now became Queen after dethroning her. In exchange, she gives Hook some information about a powerful weapon in the New Enchanted Forest that can defeat Rumplestiltskin. She hands him a map of that realm and witness his journey aboard the Jolly Roger with Smee to this new realm. However, during the return trip, only Smee returns. Smee gambles with the Evil Queen to kill off time while awaiting for Hook’s return. Eventually, Hook does returns, but decides to give up on his revenge on Rumplestiltskin to care for his daughter Alice. Hook hands down his vessel to Smee and makes Smee its captain and returns to the New Enchanted Forest. The Evil Queen, however, fails to gain save passageway to another realm when Queen Snow and King David captures her. They banish her from the Wish Realm using fairy magic, preventing her from ever returning. ("Wish You Were Here", "Eloise Gardener")
After Third Curse
After Regina Mills' other half, the Evil Queen, grants Emma Swan's wish to have never been the Savior, Emma is sent to the Wish Realm where she becomes a Princess, with everyone she knew aged rapidly to fulfil the wish's desire. With altered memories, Princess Emma celebrates her birthday with her parents, King David and Queen Snow, at the Royal Castle. During the party, Prince Henry arrives late due to practicing his sword fighting skills in-preparation for his assertion to knighthood. The family talks about his father, Baelfire, who died as a hero, as they look upon Baelfire's portrait. From Storybrooke, Regina wishes herself to the Wish Realm and finds a statue of King David and Queen Snow in the forest. As she tries to find Emma, she runs into the dwarves, who runs away in fear upon seeing her while chanting that the Evil Queen is back. Regina finds Emma in a flower garden and tries to jog her memories of Storybrooke, but fails when King David and Queen Snow threatens to harm her. Regina manifests herself to her palace, now abandoned, and finds a trapped Rumplestiltskin. He reveals to Regina that the real Evil Queen of the Wish Realm failed to cast his curse while advising Regina to use fear as a way to jog Emma's memory. Making a deal with Rumplestiltskin to procure a passageway back to Storybrooke for her and Emma, Regina frees Rumplestiltskin. Regina then heads for the Royal Castle in her Evil Queen outfit. Regina witness Henry's assertion to knighthood, but interrupts it by making a grant entrance. She sternly tells Emma to look for a savior to defeat her as she manifests away back to her palace with King David and Queen Snow as prisoners. Emma comes to the palace with a key to the kingdom as bargain for her parents. In order to push Emma's limit, Regina rips King David's and Queen Snow's heart out and unintentionally crushes it, prompting Henry into luring his sword towards Regina for murdering his grandparents. This act immediately returns Emma's memories as she freezes Henry and his sword before it could hurt Regina. The two rushes to a nearby lake and Regina calls out for Rumplestiltskin. Rumplestiltskin gives her a magic bean before running off to raze villages. Regina opens the portal, but gets distracted when Robin of Locksley shows up to rob them. Thinking that she's delusional, Regina approaches Robin while Emma calls out to her that it's fake. This, however, does not stop Regina, causing the portal to close, trapping Emma and Regina in the Wish Realm. ("Wish You Were Here")
